Civil engineering is a professional, State certified profession that provides the design of an array of construction projects. These projects include but are not limited to roads, drainage, storm pipes, sewerage systems, water lines and earth moving projects. At Patrick & Associates, our engineering department provides plans for the construction of commercial, industrial, manufacturing and residential projects. Plans include the design of soil erosion, grading, stormwater facilities, infrastructure and other facets to provide municipal approvals and permits for construction.
